When it comes to your health journey, the Wellness Club is here to make sure that your training is done right. Working towards your goals requires dedication and consistency. Unfortunately, it is so easy to fall into routine and the trap of just going through the motions. It is easy to let go of your purpose. The Wellness Club's mission is to keep you on track and to keep our bodies moving with intention. For if something is to be done, let it be done in earnest.

Bri grew up in Houston, Texas and received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Houston (Go Coogs!). She then went on to earn her certification in Personal Training through the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI).
Bri grew up staying active, playing competitive softball for 9 years. Since then, she has continued to live an active lifestyle through various fitness activities, such as training or running!
Bri takes particular interest in rehabilitation exercise and continues to grow her education in the fitness industry everyday!
